Roles
CertWatch has three roles:| Role | Permissions |

Inviting Members

Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Select Members
Click the Members tab.

Invite
Click Invite Member.

Enter Details
- Email address of the person to invite
- Select their role (Admin or Member)

Send Invite
Click Send Invite.
Pending Invitations
View and manage pending invitations:- Go to Settings → Members
- See the Pending Invitations section
- Options:
- Resend - Send the invitation email again
- Revoke - Cancel the invitation
Invitations expire after 7 days. Revoke and resend if needed.
Managing Members
Change Role
- Go to Settings → Members
- Find the member
- Click the role dropdown
- Select new role
Remove Member
- Go to Settings → Members
- Find the member
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Transferring Ownership
To transfer organization ownership:- Go to Settings → Organization
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Select the new owner (must be an existing Admin)
- Confirm the transfer
Leaving an Organization
If you’re not the owner:- Go to Settings → Members
- Find yourself in the list
- Click Leave Organization
- Confirm
Owners cannot leave. Transfer ownership first, then leave.
Member Limits
Member limits depend on your plan:| Plan | Member Limit |

| Free | 1 (owner only) |
| Pro | 5 members |
| Team | 20 members |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
