Default Email
Your account email is automatically set up to receive notifications when you sign up.Adding Email Channels
To add additional email recipients:1
Go to Channels
Navigate to Channels in the sidebar.

Add Channel
Click Add Channel and select Email.

Enter Email Address
Enter the email address that should receive notifications.

Configure Settings
Choose which types of alerts this email should receive.

Save
Click Add Channel to save.
Email Content
CertWatch emails include:- Clear subject line with certificate status
- Domain name and expiration date
- Days remaining until expiry
- Direct link to view certificate in dashboard
- Unsubscribe link

Managing Emails
Edit Email Channel
- Go to Channels
- Find the email channel
- Click Edit
- Update settings
- Save changes
Disable Notifications
To temporarily stop receiving emails:- Go to Channels
- Find the email channel
- Toggle the Enabled switch off
Delete Email Channel
- Go to Channels
- Find the email channel
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Emails
- Check spam folder - CertWatch emails may be filtered
- Verify email address - Ensure no typos in the address
- Check channel status - Make sure the channel is enabled
- Whitelist sender - Add
[email protected]to your contacts
Email Delays
Emails are typically delivered within seconds, but may be delayed by:- Email provider processing
- Spam filtering systems
- High email volume periods
