Upgrading

Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Select Billing
Click the Billing tab.

Choose Plan
Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

Enter Payment
Enter your payment information via Stripe.

Confirm
Review and confirm your subscription.
Downgrading
To downgrade:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier plan
- Confirm the change
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Annual plans receive a 20% discount
- Billing date is the day you subscribed

Invoices
Access your invoices:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Billing History
- Download invoices as PDF
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
- You’ll be downgraded to Free at period end
- Your data is retained (certificates over the free limit are paused)

- We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
